Your transaction has its own documents.

The applicable quotation and signed agreement—not this general page—record the vehicle, dates, charges, deposits, mileage, permitted use and other commercial terms for a particular rental or purchase.

Website information is a starting point.

The public website presents vehicle, price, collection-point and process information returned by the Trillo Rentals application. It helps you search the public catalogue and start a conversation with the Trillo team.

A public listing is not, by itself, a reservation, sale, availability guarantee or promise that a particular vehicle will be supplied. Ask the team to clarify anything that is incomplete or unclear before you proceed.

A search or enquiry does not complete a transaction.

Search results depend on the dates, location, vehicle class and other information entered. Submitting an enquiry records the details you provide so the team can respond; it does not reserve a vehicle or complete a purchase.

Do not place passwords, PINs, one-time codes, card security codes or identity-document images in a general enquiry message. The privacy page explains how enquiry and customer information is handled.

Website prices and rental estimates require confirmation.

A published sale price or estimated rental total reflects the vehicle and trip details used at that time. The vehicle, dates, collection arrangements and final amount must be confirmed through the applicable Trillo workflow or document.

A reply to an enquiry is not a confirmed booking unless Trillo provides a confirmation or agreement that expressly says so.

The applicable quotation and signed agreement carry the specific terms.

For a particular rental or vehicle purchase, the applicable quotation records the proposed commercial terms and the signed agreement records the accepted transaction-specific terms. Review the applicable documents before accepting or paying.

If this general website page or an earlier quotation differs from a signed agreement on a transaction-specific matter, the signed agreement governs that matter. Ask Trillo to explain any difference before proceeding.

This page does not set a standard cancellation window, insurance cover, liability allocation, deposit rule or governing law. Those matters require the terms recorded for the specific transaction.

Provide information you are entitled to share.

Use accurate contact, driver, trip and payment information when a workflow requests it. If you provide information about another person, make sure you are authorised to do so.

Submitted information may be used to answer the enquiry, prepare or administer the requested transaction, perform verification and maintain the related operational record. See the privacy page for scope and request options.

Check the current page and ask before accepting.

These general website terms are effective 2 August 2026. When this page changes, its effective date and version should change as well. A change to this page does not silently replace the specific signed document for an existing transaction.

Use the contact page if you need an explanation of the website process or the documents supplied for your transaction.
