Welcome to TrilloRentals! We are delighted to have you as a customer. By accessing our website, using our services, or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to TrilloRentals.

"Client", "you", "your" refers to any individual, company or other entity renting a vehicle or using services from TrilloRentals.

"Vehicle" refers to the car, van, truck or any other automotive vehicle rented from TrilloRentals.

2. Rental Requirements

Clients must meet the minimum age requirement (typically 21-25 years, may vary by vehicle category) and possess a valid driver's license held for at least one year. An International Driving Permit may be required for non-Botswana licenses. A valid credit card in the main driver's name is typically required for the security deposit.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made online via our website or through our customer service. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be specified. All prices are quoted in Botswana Pula (BWP) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change.

4. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be driven only by the authorized driver(s) listed on the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for any illegal purposes, racing, off-road driving (unless specified for the vehicle type), or to tow other vehicles. Clients are responsible for all fines, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking period. Please refer to the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is typically included. Options for additional coverage (e.g., Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection) will be offered. The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle up to the amount of the applicable excess/deductible, unless otherwise covered by purchased waivers.

7. Website Content

The content on this website is for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrilloRentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
