Trillionaire Motives Car Rental and Shuttles: Rental Terms & Conditions
- Lessee: Refers to the person or entity renting the vehicle.
- Vehicle: Refers to the car or vehicle being rented.
- Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- The Lessee must be at least 21 years of age.
- The Lessee must hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of two years.
- International renters must present a valid passport and an International Driver’s Permit.
- The Lessee must provide a valid credit card in their name for security purposes.
3. Rental Period
- The rental period begins when the Lessee takes possession of the Vehicle and ends when the Vehicle is returned to the Lessor.
- Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in advance. Failure to return the Vehicle on the agreed date and time may result in additional charges.
- Early returns are allowed; however, there will be no refunds for unused rental days.
4. Vehicle Condition and Inspection
- The Vehicle will be provided in good condition, and the Lessee is responsible for inspecting the Vehicle upon receipt. Any existing damage or issues must be noted on the rental agreement before leaving the premises.
- The Lessee agrees to return the Vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
- The Lessee is responsible for the cost of any damage or loss to the Vehicle during the rental period.
- The color of the Vehicle may differ from the picture or description provided during booking.
5. Use of the Vehicle
- The Vehicle is to be used solely for lawful purposes and must not be driven by anyone other than the Lessee unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Lessor.
- The Vehicle may not be used to transport goods in violation of the law, carry passengers for hire, or engage in any illegal activities.
- Off-road use, towing, and racing are strictly prohibited.
- The Lessee must adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations.
- The Lessee is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
6. Fuel Policy
- The Vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount of fuel.
- If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the Lessor will charge the Lessee for the missing fuel at the prevailing rate, plus a refueling service fee.
7. Insurance and Liability
- Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental fee, subject to the terms of the policy.
- The Lessee may be responsible for a deductible amount in case of an accident, theft, or damage to the Vehicle.
- Additional insurance coverage is available at an extra cost and is highly recommended for full protection.
- The Lessee agrees to report any accidents, thefts, or damages to the Vehicle to the Lessor immediately and to cooperate with the insurance process.
8. Deposit and Payment
- A security deposit will be required at the start of the rental. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Vehicle in satisfactory condition.
- The rental fee must be paid in full before or at the start of the rental period.
- The Lessee is responsible for all tolls, parking fees, and any other expenses incurred during the rental period.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
10. Breakdown and Roadside Assistance
- The Lessor provides 24/7 roadside assistance for breakdowns. The contact number for assistance will be provided at the time of rental.
- In case of a breakdown, the Lessee must contact the Lessor immediately.
- The Lessor is not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by mechanical failures, accidents, or other events beyond its control.
11. Termination of Rental
- The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the Vehicle at any time if the Lessee violates the terms of the agreement.
- The Lessee will not be entitled to any refund if the rental agreement is terminated due to a breach of terms.
12. Personal Belongings
- The Lessor is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the Vehicle during or after the rental period.
13. Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental took place.
14. Amendments
- Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both the Lessor and the Lessee.
15. Acknowledgment
- By signing this agreement, the Lessee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
