1. Rental Requirements
- Age Requirements: Renters must be at least 21 years old. For certain vehicle categories, the minimum age is 25.
- Driver’s License: Renters must present a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of one year. International renters must provide a valid international driver’s license along with their passport.
- Payment Methods: A valid credit card in the renter's name is required for the security deposit and rental charges. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
2. Reservation Policy
- Booking: Reservations can be made online, via phone, or at our rental locations. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email with your booking details will be sent upon successful reservation.
- Modification: You can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time, subject to availability.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the rental period incur no fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period will be charged a one-day rental fee.
- No-Shows: If you fail to pick up the vehicle and do not cancel your reservation, you will be charged the full rental amount.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible timeframe will be credited back to the original payment method

3. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy
- Pick-Up: Please arrive on time with your driver’s license, credit card, and confirmation email. A grace period of one hour is allowed for late arrivals.
- Drop-Off: Vehicles must be returned by the agreed drop-off time. Late returns may incur additional charges. After-hours drop-off is available with prior arrangement.
- Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as at pick-up. Any damages, excessive dirt, or missing equipment will be charged accordingly.
- Early Return Policy: If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed return date, no refunds will be provided for the unused rental days.
4. Insurance and Coverage
- Basic Insurance: All rentals include basic insurance covering third-party liability.
- Additional Coverage: Optional insurance packages for comprehensive coverage, including Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection, are available for an extra fee.
- Accidents: In case of an accident, contact our emergency number immediately. A police report and accident report form must be completed and submitted.
5. Fuel Policy
- Full-to-Full: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full. If not, refueling charges will apply at a higher rate than the local fuel price.
- Prepaid Fuel Option: You can opt to prepay for a full tank of fuel at the time of rental for convenience.
6. Mileage Policy
- Unlimited Mileage: Most rentals come with unlimited mileage. Please refer to your rental agreement for any specific restrictions.
- Limited Mileage: Some rentals may have mileage limits. Exceeding the limit will incur additional charges per kilometer.
7. Additional Drivers
- Policy: Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for a daily fee. Each additional driver must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary renter.
- Limit: A maximum of two additional drivers is allowed per rental agreement.
8. Cross-Border Travel
- Permission: Cross-border travel is allowed with prior approval. Additional fees and insurance coverage may apply.
- Restrictions: Travel to certain countries may be restricted. Check with our staff for details.
9. Penalties and Fines
- Traffic Violations: Renters are responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, or toll fines incurred during the rental period. An administration fee will be charged for processing each fine.
- Smoking Policy: All vehicles are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our rental cars, but a cleaning fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with excessive pet hair or damage.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental period. Refunds for cancellations within 48 hours will be at the discretion of Trillionaire Motives and may be subject to a one-day rental charge.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Any additional services or insurance purchased at the time of booking are non-refundable, even if the reservation is canceled.
- Early Termination: If you terminate the rental agreement early, no refunds will be issued for the remaining rental period.
12. Vehicle Maintenance and Breakdown Assistance
- Maintenance: All vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected for safety. Renters are expected to report any issues immediately.
- Breakdown Assistance: In case of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 support team for immediate assistance. We will arrange for repairs or a replacement vehicle, depending on availability.
13. Vehicle Upgrades and Substitutions
- Upgrades: If you wish to upgrade to a different vehicle category, this can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
- Substitutions: In rare cases where the reserved vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge.
14. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect and store personal information provided during the booking process, including names, contact information, and payment details, to facilitate the rental process.
- Data Usage: Personal information is used solely for processing reservations and communicating with the renter. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
15. Dispute Resolution
- Mediation: In the event of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution through mediation. Contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Legal Proceedings: If a resolution cannot be reached, legal proceedings will be conducted under the jurisdiction of the courts in Botswana.
